RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number. Should you return an item after this time frame, we can not accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you.

Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free and with tags ATTACHED. Note all footwear must be in it's original box, and placed inside another box for return. No labels or tape may be attached to the boot/shoe box. Shoes returned without the original shoe box are not permitted.
